Pavlo Yarmoliuk did get used to canvas and brushes. Metal, fabric, wood, pigments, glazes, stone, glass – in the twenty-first century the form itself becomes the content. The artist combines the technology of the old masters with modern materials. Household items, bicycle parts, receipts, tickets, the ordinary things and materials acquire the different meaning, become transformed into metaphors and symbols.
